7 years ago on March 4th in 2014 I moved from the ATL to Canada to be with my (now) husband and that move was the catalyst to starting my business.

I went from being a freelancer, working by myself to now managing a social media agency with multiple team members as well as an online membership program. It’s been quite the transformation and journey!

And while it looks all glamorous from the outside you don’t always see the behind the scenes ups and downs of my business which I’ll be sharing with you today. From the big celebrations and how even my dog benefited from my online business, to the hard lessons learned.

In this episode of the podcast, I talk about:

  • The transformation my business has seen in the past 7 years
  • Things I’ve learned both personally and professionally
  • A big shift I had about parameters and tracking my time
  • The power of setting intentions and mindfulness
  • How some of the most challenging moments helped me grow
