This year was a fantastic year of growth for the business. Honestly, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and what I’ve accomplished. Despite the constant changes on social, my team and I managed to help our clients have some rather impressive results. Here are the top three clients (that have been with us all year) and their results:

Neil D. Brown

Our strategy with Neil was to grow awareness and increase his mailing list. One of the very first things we did was switch from Google + to Pinterest. This change allowed us to more easily target his demographic (parents of teens) and we some some great growth. This was also the first full year of his podcast which averages over 1,000 downloads a week.

Here are a few highlights from this year:

  • Grew our Pinterest following from 0 to 2.7K followers
  • Increased our mailing list subscribers from 110 to 326
  • Grew our Facebook page likes from 136 to 1.3K
  • Grew our Twitter followers from 554 to 1.5K
  • Increased organic search traffic from 1,415 in 2016 to 5,953 in 2017

Inspiring Diversity

The mission at Inspiring Diversity is to grow a community of professionals and aspiring professionals by sharing stories and being community advocates for diverse groups. We started working on this project in January of 2017 with 0 followers and 0 community members across the board. While building a brand from scratch is tough, my team and I didn’t let that hold us back.

Here are a few highlights from this year:

  • Grew our Facebook page to 456 followers
  • Our videos were viewed over 32K times on Facebook alone.
  • Grew our Instagram community to 1.8K
  • Grew our Twitter community to 592

Bark ‘n Yapp

When I first met Galen at Bark ‘n Yapp, I knew I’d fall in love with this brand. Last year was our first full year with them and we did amazingly well! It doesn’t help that this entire brand is build about doggies.

Here are a few highlights from the year:

  • Increased our Instagram community from 608 followers to 6.3k
  • Increased our Facebook page engagement rate average from 3.7% to 8.25% in 2017
  • Increased our Twitter community from 659 to 1.3K
  • Helped grow our dog lover community to over 1,000 members
