Come say hello on Instagram @onlinedrea

I’ve worked with @beckymollenkamp for years, so I I’ve worked with @beckymollenkamp for years, so I went into this book with high expectations… and somehow she still exceeded them. This isn’t a fluffy mindset read or a repackaged “do less, make more” promise. It’s Becky’s actual genius, the way she sees systems, power, and business, wrapped up in one very readable, very confronting book. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just name the problem (hustle culture, productivity obsession, monetizing every breath)… she holds you accountable too. Gently, but clearly. There were multiple moments where I had to pause and go, “oh… yeah, I’m still participating in that.” It’s not shamey, but it is honest. The “F*ck Funnels” chapter alone? Worth it. The perfectionism chapter? Also worth it. Honestly, I could say that about half the book. And the micro liberations at the end of each chapter actually feel aligned with what she’s teaching, not like a sneaky to-do list in disguise. This is the kind of book that changes how you think, not just what you do. I’ve already started shifting how I approach my offers, my messaging, even my expectations of myself. If you’ve ever felt like traditional business advice technically works but feels… off, this will give you language for that. And options for what to do instead. I recommend this without hesitation. Becky is the real deal, and this book is proof.
I love AI. I use it every day. But also… girl. w I love AI. I use it every day. But also… girl. we need to talk. Because AI will say something wildly incorrect with full confidence and be fully wrong, ok? And if you don’t know what you’re looking at? You’ll trust it.
You’ll post it.
You’ll build strategy on top of it. That’s the part that makes me super itchy. AI can help you move faster. But it cannot replace your judgment. And the better AI gets… the higher your standards need to be. — I’m talking all about this in this week’s podcast episode: ✨ AI Got Better. So Did My Standards. (2026 Update) What I’m using AI for now
What I’ve pulled back on
And where I think people are getting it very, very wrong
Listen, too many of us are out here trying to rein Listen, too many of us are out here trying to reinvent the MFing wheel when what we really need to do is rinse and repeat. If you’re feeling tired of your marketing, you may be spending too much dang time trying to create something new instead of repeating what you’ve already said. It’s why I’m over here yapping about doing LESS because the problem you’re trying to sold is not VOLUMN but IMPACT. Ask me how I know 😇
Girl, I love you, but maybe you’re not bad at mark Girl, I love you, but maybe you’re not bad at marketing. Maybe you’re just forcing yourself into a strategy that was built for somebody else’s personality, schedule, team size, and bank account. 👀 Trying to be a video girlie when you’re a writer. 👀 Trying to post daily when your brain said “bestie, absolutely not.” 👀 Trying to be loud when your actual gift is depth. 👀 Trying to copy someone whose business model, energy, and life setup have nothing to do with yours. Like… no wonder it feels heavy. 🫠🫠🫠 Your marketing preferences matter. The goal is not to become a completely different person for the algorithm. The goal is to build a strategy that fits you well enough that you can actually keep doing it. So what are we lovingly opting out of today?
Lately marketing has been giving desperate energy. Lately marketing has been giving desperate energy. Everybody talking at once. Same recycled advice. And somehow the solution is always “do more.” Groundbreaking. That’s a big reason I started the 30 Day No Pressure Post Party. Not so I can squeeze out more content or perform for sneaky Mr. Al (the algorithm). I wanted a space to practice showing up without turning every damn post into a measure of my worth. To make visibility feel lighter again. To remember we’re allowed to experiment. Because the internet getting louder does not mean you need to. 👀👀👀👀 Sometimes the real flex is being clear, steady, and unimpressed by the most recent updates.
