LIVE WORKING SESSION FOR COACHES, CONSULTANTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, COURSE CREATORS + DIGITAL BUSINESS OWNERS
Bring the half-formed offer, the five open tabs, and the Black Friday idea currently living in your Notes app.
We’re turning it into one focused campaign you can actually run.
Tuesday, October 20 • 12–2 PM ET • Live in Circle • $47
Current Mindful Marketing Lab member? This workshop is included. Find the event inside the Lab’s Circle space. No separate RSVP is required.
You can Google “Black Friday promotion ideas” right now and get approximately a gazillion suggestions.
Flash sale. Bundle. BOGO. 50% off. Bonus stack. Early access.
Cool. But none of those answers tell you whether the promotion makes sense for your business.
A coach with six client spots should not plan Black Friday exactly like Target. A consultant has to think about delivery time. A membership has to think about retention and existing-member fairness. A course creator has more fulfillment flexibility, but still needs a reason the buyer should care now.
And if your promotion works really, really well? Somebody still has to deliver what you sold.
Your time is inventory too.
That’s why we’re not starting this workshop with the coupon code. We’re starting with the campaign.
Before you decide what to discount, decide what you want more of.
Maybe the goal is a Q4 cash-flow bump. Maybe you want to fill a January program. Maybe you want more first-time buyers entering your world. Maybe you want people into your membership. Maybe you have a course that can lead naturally into a higher-level offer later.
“More sales” is not enough of a plan.
More sales of what? From whom? And then what?
A useful Black Friday campaign should solve a business problem, not create three new ones because a sale template told you to add more bonuses.
During our two hours together, we’ll build one Black Friday campaign through six decisions.
What would make this campaign worth doing?
Set the business goal, the numbers that matter, and the capacity ceiling.
You leave with: a clear target and boundaries.
What are we actually selling?
Choose one primary offer that fits the goal, buyer, timing, margin, and delivery reality.
You leave with: the offer this campaign is built around.
Why would buying now feel worthwhile?
Consider discounts, bonuses, bundles, added access, or another strategic incentive.
You leave with: a promotion that makes financial sense.
What needs to be true before they buy?
Identify the hesitation, belief, proof, and why-now message that needs to appear before checkout.
You leave with: a useful buyer message map.
How do they move from seeing the campaign to buying?
Map warm-up, announcement, proof, objections, reminders, checkout, welcome, and follow-up.
You leave with: the full campaign flow.
Who is doing what, and when?
Choose the campaign lane, map emails and content, assign tasks, and put dates on the work.
You leave with: a dated calendar and checklist.
By 2 PM, the goal is not “wow, I took so many notes.” The goal is that you have a campaign.
You’ll also receive the working resources we use during the session so you’re building with me, not watching me build an imaginary business on a slide.
You do not automatically need a three-week Black Friday campaign.
A focused 48–72 hour promotion when the offer is simple and the audience is already warm.
A Black Friday through Cyber Monday campaign with room for explanation, proof, and reminders.
A longer warm-up and early-access period for offers that require more trust, explanation, or setup.
The best campaign is not the one with the most stuff in it. It’s the one you can run well.
I do not want you to leave this workshop with sixteen new ideas and a fresh reason to overthink November.
So this is structured differently from a traditional webinar.
I’ll teach one decision. You’ll work on your version. Then we move to the next piece.
Short teaching blocks. Actual planning time. Examples across different business models. Space to make the decisions while I’m in the room.
We are doing the work together.
Because “I’ll finish this later” has claimed enough beautiful workbooks already.

You’ll get an email with workshop details and access instructions.
I’ll send a short prep note. Your half-formed offer is welcome. Truly.
On October 20, we’ll work through the campaign map and turn the decisions into dates.
You’ll have access to the replay and resources through December 1 at 11:59 PM ET.
Then you execute and review the evidence afterward, because checkout is one step in the customer journey, not the finale.

I’m a marketing strategist, educator, and host of the Mindful Marketing Podcast. My whole thing is simpler, smarter marketing for busy people.
I care about campaigns that make money. I also care about what happens after you make the sale, how much time the plan requires, whether delivery still works if the campaign succeeds, and whether Future You is going to be annoyed with Present You for creating a twelve-bonus monster.
My approach is practical: decide what matters, build the path, make the invitation clear, and use the evidence afterward to make the next campaign better.
That’s exactly what we’re doing together on October 20.
It needs a job, an offer, a buyer, a path, and a plan you can actually execute.
Let’s build it.
