LIVE WORKING SESSION FOR COACHES, CONSULTANTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, COURSE CREATORS + DIGITAL BUSINESS OWNERS

Plan Your Black Friday Campaign With Me

Bring the half-formed offer, the five open tabs, and the Black Friday idea currently living in your Notes app.

We’re turning it into one focused campaign you can actually run.

Tuesday, October 20 • 12–2 PM ET • Live in Circle • $47

Current Mindful Marketing Lab member? This workshop is included. Find the event inside the Lab’s Circle space. No separate RSVP is required.

You Do Not Need Another List of Sale Ideas

You can Google “Black Friday promotion ideas” right now and get approximately a gazillion suggestions.

Flash sale. Bundle. BOGO. 50% off. Bonus stack. Early access.

Cool. But none of those answers tell you whether the promotion makes sense for your business.

A coach with six client spots should not plan Black Friday exactly like Target. A consultant has to think about delivery time. A membership has to think about retention and existing-member fairness. A course creator has more fulfillment flexibility, but still needs a reason the buyer should care now.

And if your promotion works really, really well? Somebody still has to deliver what you sold.

Your time is inventory too.

That’s why we’re not starting this workshop with the coupon code. We’re starting with the campaign.

First, What Is This Campaign Supposed to Do?

Before you decide what to discount, decide what you want more of.

Maybe the goal is a Q4 cash-flow bump. Maybe you want to fill a January program. Maybe you want more first-time buyers entering your world. Maybe you want people into your membership. Maybe you have a course that can lead naturally into a higher-level offer later.

“More sales” is not enough of a plan.

More sales of what? From whom? And then what?

A useful Black Friday campaign should solve a business problem, not create three new ones because a sale template told you to add more bonuses.

What We’re Building Together

During our two hours together, we’ll build one Black Friday campaign through six decisions.

1. The Win

What would make this campaign worth doing?

Set the business goal, the numbers that matter, and the capacity ceiling.

You leave with: a clear target and boundaries.

2. The Offer

What are we actually selling?

Choose one primary offer that fits the goal, buyer, timing, margin, and delivery reality.

You leave with: the offer this campaign is built around.

3. The Deal

Why would buying now feel worthwhile?

Consider discounts, bonuses, bundles, added access, or another strategic incentive.

You leave with: a promotion that makes financial sense.

4. The Buyer

What needs to be true before they buy?

Identify the hesitation, belief, proof, and why-now message that needs to appear before checkout.

You leave with: a useful buyer message map.

5. The Path

How do they move from seeing the campaign to buying?

Map warm-up, announcement, proof, objections, reminders, checkout, welcome, and follow-up.

You leave with: the full campaign flow.

6. The Plan

Who is doing what, and when?

Choose the campaign lane, map emails and content, assign tasks, and put dates on the work.

You leave with: a dated calendar and checklist.

What You’ll Leave With

By 2 PM, the goal is not “wow, I took so many notes.” The goal is that you have a campaign.

  • One primary Black Friday offer
  • Your campaign goal and capacity ceiling
  • Your promotion structure
  • The buyer question your marketing needs to answer
  • Your warm-up, invite, reminder, and follow-up path
  • A five-email campaign outline
  • Supporting-content direction
  • A dated campaign calendar
  • An implementation checklist
  • A post-campaign review plan

You’ll also receive the working resources we use during the session so you’re building with me, not watching me build an imaginary business on a slide.

Choose the Campaign Lane That Fits Your Life

You do not automatically need a three-week Black Friday campaign.

Quick

A focused 48–72 hour promotion when the offer is simple and the audience is already warm.

Standard

A Black Friday through Cyber Monday campaign with room for explanation, proof, and reminders.

Spacious

A longer warm-up and early-access period for offers that require more trust, explanation, or setup.

The best campaign is not the one with the most stuff in it. It’s the one you can run well.

This Is Especially for You If…

  • You sell coaching, consulting, services, courses, memberships, digital products, education, expertise, or access.
  • You have a Black Friday idea but keep changing the promotion.
  • “Make a bunch of Black Friday posts” is currently the entire plan.
  • You’re wondering whether you should discount at all.
  • You have more than one offer and need help choosing.
  • You want the campaign to lead somewhere after the receipt email.
  • You want a plan that accounts for time, capacity, support, and your real November calendar.

This Probably Isn’t the Right Workshop If…

  • You want a giant swipe file of hypey captions without making strategic decisions.
  • You want a formula that tells every business to run the exact same sale.
  • You expect one weekend to magically fix an offer people do not want the other eleven months of the year.
  • You simply are not planning a holiday or Black Friday campaign this year. No pressure. The internet will continue to contain coupons without you.

Why a Working Session?

I do not want you to leave this workshop with sixteen new ideas and a fresh reason to overthink November.

So this is structured differently from a traditional webinar.

I’ll teach one decision. You’ll work on your version. Then we move to the next piece.

Short teaching blocks. Actual planning time. Examples across different business models. Space to make the decisions while I’m in the room.

We are doing the work together.

Because “I’ll finish this later” has claimed enough beautiful workbooks already.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have my Black Friday offer figured out already?
No. It helps if you have one or two ideas, but choosing the offer is part of the process. Come with what you have.
What if I don’t want to discount my services?
Good. Please do not discount something simply because Black Friday exists. We’ll look at bonuses, added access, bundles, limited spots, future-start offers, and other structures that may protect the economics of your business better.
Is this only for Black Friday?
The examples and calendar are built around the 2026 Black Friday and Cyber Monday window, but the campaign logic works for other seasonal promotions too.
I’m a coach, consultant, or service provider. Will this work for me?
Yes. The workshop is deliberately designed around businesses where capacity matters, including limited client spots, fulfillment time, future-start packages, one-time services, and bonuses.
I sell courses or digital products. Is this too service-focused?
No. We’ll use course, membership, and digital-product examples too. You still need a campaign goal, buyer path, message, incentive, and next step.
What if I can’t attend live?
You’ll receive replay access. Replay-only enrollment is planned through November 6, with access through December 1 at 11:59 PM ET.
I’m already in the Mindful Marketing Lab. Do I need to pay $47?
Nope. The workshop is included for current Lab members. The event will be inside the Lab’s Circle space, with no separate RSVP required.
What’s the refund policy?
Live-ticket purchases are refundable through Monday, October 19 at 12 PM ET. After that, purchases are final because they include the live session, replay, and digital planning resources. Replay-only purchases are final.
Andréa Jones, marketing strategist and educator

Hey, I’m Andréa Jones.

I’m a marketing strategist, educator, and host of the Mindful Marketing Podcast. My whole thing is simpler, smarter marketing for busy people.

I care about campaigns that make money. I also care about what happens after you make the sale, how much time the plan requires, whether delivery still works if the campaign succeeds, and whether Future You is going to be annoyed with Present You for creating a twelve-bonus monster.

My approach is practical: decide what matters, build the path, make the invitation clear, and use the evidence afterward to make the next campaign better.

That’s exactly what we’re doing together on October 20.

Your Black Friday Campaign Does Not Need More Random Tactics.

It needs a job, an offer, a buyer, a path, and a plan you can actually execute.

Let’s build it.
