Assistant Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager

I am looking to hire a full-time assistant to help me manage social media accounts for my clients.

You will be responsible for:

(a) Researching, creating, and scheduling social media content using scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Tailwind, etc.) a week in advance for each client.
(b) Logging in to each social media account daily, responding to and moderating all new comments, and reaching out to / generating interactions with other highly targeted social media accounts.
(c) Other one-off administrative jobs as directed.

Part (a) will be approximately 20 hours per week, and part (b) will be approximately 20 hours per week. That said, the job must be completed in its entirety every week — whether it takes you 35 hours or 45 hours, it all must get done.

I’m open to salary negotiations but keep in mind that I salary payments are submitted on a weekly basis.

This job is an entry level position that has the potential to expand. As of right now, I have 2 full-time employees and two contract employees with room for more. If you’re looking for a full-time, long-term job where you can work from home and grow with the company, this job is for you!

You will be given:

(a) Access to all tools needed to complete your work, including Hootsuite, email, and Canva.
(b) A detailed day-by-day schedule of tasks to complete.
(c) A complete weekly schedule for each client, outlining what content to schedule and when.
(d) Pre-made image templates in Canva branded with each client’s logo.
(e) Daily meetings where I will coach you and give you feedback for your first 3-4 weeks, according to my schedule on Eastern Time.

You must possess extraordinary attention to detail, and you must also be able to write 100% fluently — and conversationally, using colloquialisms — in English.
